Meet the Senior Management Team

Catherine Pymar

Executive Director
Catherine joined Hillside Clubhouse as Executive Director in January 2022. Prior to this role she was CEO of Home Start Camden and Islington for five years. She started her career in the voluntary sector at Kentish Town Community Centre, before working as an outreach worker for older adults and then becoming Deputy Director at Open Age in West London. She volunteered as Chair of Westway Community Transport for two years and was a trustee there for an additional three.
Anna Di Mascio

Director of Operations
Anna joined Hillside Clubhouse in October 2021. Anna has over 15 years’ of experience working in the charity sector managing DV, CSE, and Anti Trafficking Services. Prior to joining Hillside, Anna was working as Head of Regional Asylum Services covering the South East of England, East Midlands and Wales, leading on the support to asylum seekers in Initial accommodation in London, Derby and Cardiff.
Adrian Ford

Director of IPS and Employment Services
Adrian Ford serves as the Director of IPS and Employment Services at Hillside Clubhouse, bringing over 13 years of dedicated experience in the health and social care sector. Before joining Hillside, Adrian was Head of Services at Ealing Mencap, where he managed a diverse range of services, including employment day services for adults, supported internships for young adults, and social enterprises.
